These Terms of Service govern your organization's use of Aimeterly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. The service

Aimeterly is a managed SaaS that collects usage telemetry from Claude Code in your organization and presents usage, cost, and audit information on dashboards. Enabling telemetry in Claude Code and distributing the configuration within your organization are performed by your organization's administrators.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for your account, for your organization's members and their roles, and for keeping your ingest tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your organization's account.

3. Content capture and employee notification

Content capture is off by default and is enabled per category by your organization. Where you enable it, notifying the employees affected and obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction are your organization's responsibility. The scope of what is recorded is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Cost estimates

Costs shown in Aimeterly are estimates derived from telemetry and may differ from billing by Anthropic or your cloud providers. They are provided for informational purposes only, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them.

5. Billing and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Card information is held by Stripe; we do not store it. Every new organization begins with a 14-day Pro trial, after which the organization continues on the plan it has selected. Plan limits for measured users and data retention apply as described on the pricing page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimeterly is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the Last updated date above, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
