Use cases

Turn usage data into action

Review prompts against your internal rules

When your organization enables content capture, you can filter the audit log by keyword, user, and capture type to review the matching records (this is search and review — not automatic detection or alerts).

The audit log with demo data: searching for "auth" and reviewing matching prompt records in a session

Find the people who can champion AI adoption

Start with the per-user estimated-cost ranking, then review usage and productivity metrics by user to shortlist internal evangelist candidates.

Bring AI spend and productivity signals to leadership

Put estimated cost by user and model next to trends in lines of code, commits, PRs, and acceptance rate, and share them as decision inputs.

See whether Claude Code is really being adopted

Gauge adoption depth with DAU / WAU / MAU, sessions, and tokens by model per user, and find the members that need support.

Usage

DAU / WAU / MAU, sessions, and tokens by model — broken down by organization and user. See how deeply AI is being adopted at a glance.

Cost visibility

Estimated cost (API-equivalent pricing) by user and model, with period-over-period comparison. Spot heavy users and models, and ground budget decisions.

Productivity

Track lines of code, commits, PRs, and suggestion acceptance rate over time — the material you need to explain the ROI of your AI investment.

Your data

Designed to be trusted with sensitive data

No content by default

By default we collect user and team identifiers (such as email addresses and user IDs) plus usage metrics like models and token counts. Prompt and response content is never sent until your organization enables the corresponding capture type.

Never used for training, never sold

Your data is used solely to power your organization's dashboards. We do not use it to train machine-learning models or sell it to third parties.

Automatic deletion by retention

Access is controlled per organization. Data past your plan's retention window is deleted automatically, and if you delete your organization, collected data is deleted within 30 days.

Card details stay with Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

Frequently asked questions

What data is sent by default?

Usage metadata: user identifiers (such as email addresses and user IDs), team attributes, models, token counts, and estimated cost. Prompt, response, and tool input/output content is not sent by default — it is recorded only for capture types your organization explicitly enables.

How is this different from Anthropic's built-in usage analytics?

Aimeterly gives you one dashboard with detailed breakdowns by organization, user, and model, productivity metrics (lines of code, commits, PRs, acceptance rate), an opt-in audit log, and search across your plan's retention window. Data appears within 5 minutes of use, so you can see adoption from day one.

Which Claude Code environments are supported?

Aimeterly works in environments where you can distribute settings via the Claude Team / Enterprise admin console (server-managed settings) or as a managed-settings.json file. It requires only that you can configure where Claude Code sends its OpenTelemetry telemetry.

Are the costs shown what I get billed?

No. They are estimates converted from telemetry at API-equivalent pricing and may differ from billing by Anthropic or your cloud providers. Use them to compare users and spot trends.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your organization moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged — no credit card is required for the trial or the Free plan. Upgrade whenever you need Pro's higher limits and longer retention.

Can I cancel or delete my data?

Paid plans can be canceled anytime, and paid features remain available until the end of the billing period. Deleting your organization deletes collected data within 30 days, and data past the retention window is deleted automatically.
