- Pro plan: JPY 7,980/month or JPY 79,800/year (tax excluded), or USD 49/month / USD 490/year. The Free plan costs nothing. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
- Fees other than the price
- No additional fees. Internet connection and communication charges required to use the service are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB and others). Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Payment timing
- The first charge occurs when you subscribe. Thereafter, monthly plans are charged every month and annual plans every year on the renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Service delivery
- Available immediately after payment is completed. New organizations include a 14-day free trial, and no charges occur during the trial.
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not provided once provision has begun. You can cancel at any time from the billing page (Billing Portal) in Settings; after cancellation the service remains available until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-period cancellation.
- System requirements
- Latest versions of major web browsers (Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Safari). Sending telemetry requires OpenTelemetry configuration on the Claude Code side.
